The Ï㽶ֱ²¥’s School of Business and Law is based in Elm House, a modern, purpose-built facility at the Ï㽶ֱ²¥’s Moulsecoomb campus. Designed to replicate industry and professional environments, Elm House is a contemporary learning space to facilitate a collaborative, practical, working environment giving students a chance to work in realistic situations.
Offering undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees, the School of Business and Law teaches, researches, collaborates and consults across the full range of business and management disciplines including accounting, business, economics, finance, human resource management, law, leadership, logistics, management and marketing.
The Ï㽶ֱ²¥ is in the top 30% for average earnings three years after graduation in undergraduate business and management subjects, according to the Longitudinal Education Outcomes 2022. Economics is a particular strength, currently ranked second in the UK for teaching quality and student experience (Times Good University Guide 2023) and third in the UK for student satisfaction (Complete University Guide 2024). Brighton also offers the UK’s only dual-award with the Chartered Institute of Marketing on its marketing courses.
