Entry requirements
If you are taking A-levels, BTEC, Access to Higher Education Diploma or the International Baccalaureate, details of these academic and the English language requirements for your course are on our course finder.
We accept a range of other UK based qualifications with details below. If you do not see your qualification listed below, please refer to our course finder or send us an enquiry.
International foundation and International Year One offered through the offers guaranteed progression to Year 1 or Year 2 of an undergraduate degree at the university in areas such as accounting and finance, art and design, business management, international hospitality management, law, engineering and many others.
If you are taking the International foundation programme with one of the three Bellerby's colleges, we will consider you for entry onto Year 1 of an undergraduate degree. We require a course average minimum of 50% or above from an international foundation programme relevant to your chosen degree programme. Some degree programmes may have additional entry criteria including a portfolio or interview.
If you are taking the Foundation Programme with one of the three CATS Colleges in the UK, we will consider you for entry onto Year 1 of an undergraduate degree. You will need to achieve similar grades to those required from the A-level qualifications for your chosen degree programme.
If you are taking the University Foundation Year offered at EF Cambridge or Oxford, we will consider you for entry onto Year 1 of an undergraduate degree. We require a course average minimum of 50% or above from the University Foundation Year, relevant to your chosen degree programme. Some degree programmes may have additional entry criteria including a portfolio or interview.
If you are taking the International Foundation at one of the INTO study centres, we will consider you for entry onto Year 1 of an undergraduate degree. We require a course average minimum of 50% or above from the International Foundation relevant to your chosen degree programme. Some degree programmes may have additional entry criteria including a portfolio or interview.
We also require students to have a suitable English language qualification to meet the language requirements of the degree programme (for example IELTS). English language requirements are published on each course page. Use the course finder to locate your degree programme and this information.
If you do not meet the language requirements of your course, we offer a comprehensive range of academic English language preparation programmes at the Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯ Centre for Academic English Language Development for students who need to improve their English before starting a UK university degree.
Successful completion of one of our English courses guarantees your progression to a degree course at the Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯.

Immigration and visas
Please contact the . In order to obtain a visa you will need to have an unconditional offer of a place at the Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯ and your CAS number from the university. You will need to provide that you have the funds to pay your tuition fees and living expenses.
