Entry requirements
Undergraduate
We require an Irish Leaving Certificate passed at Higher / Honours level and a minimum of four Irish Highers at grade C/4 or above.
The grading system for the Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level) was revised in 2015 with the first students receiving new grades in summer 2017. The below table shows equivalencies for the old system (final award 2016) and the new system (first award 2017).

FETAC qualifications
Students taking a fully completed (8 module) level 6 FETAC qualification may be accepted onto year 1 of an undergraduate degree. Year 2 entry may be appropriate for students that have studied appropriate modules in FETAC levels 5 and 6, with a minimum of 10 distinctions over the two qualifications.
Students taking a fully completed (8 module) level 5 FETAC qualification with a minimum of 5 distinctions may be accepted onto year 1 of a foundation degree.
Postgraduate
We require a bachelor (honours) degree or a Higher Diploma.
