Entry requirements

Undergraduate

We require a Título de Bachiller / Bachillerato when awarded after two but before the end of three years of study. Students taking the Licencia de Educación Media are required to take and successfully complete an international foundation year or equivalent.

Postgraduate

We require a Grado de Licenciado en / Título (Profesional) de [subject area] when awarded after four years of study.

The grading scale ranges from one (lowest) to seven (highest). The pass mark is four. It is also common for universities to use a percentage scale.

English language requirements

We will not accept a Chilean English language qualification as meeting our minimum English language proficiency requirements. Find out more about our English language requirements.

Degree preparation courses at the International College
