Attend careers events

Engage directly with our students and graduates by attending our careers events including forums and fairs.

You may be especially interested in exhibiting at our annual careers fair, which is done in collaboration with the University of Sussex, and draws around 3,000 students and graduates. 

Sponsor careers events

By sponsoring a careers event or fair, you can associate yourself with the Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯ and get your brand in front of lots of students and graduates. For maximum brand exposure, we will ensure you're associated with only relevant events.

Sponsor a student prize

You may want to sponsor a prize for high-achieving students in a subject that relates to your business. All kinds of companies, from local to national businesses, are keen to do this as it associates their brand with excellence and gets visibility for it throughout the year.

Have a marketing stand

We can arrange for you to host a stand in a high footfall area. This can help you to raise your company profile by talking to interested students and distributing your marketing materials.

We can advise on the most appropriate campus and building for your stand. We can also arrange the venue and publicise your stand to our students.

Present to students

You may want to do an engaging 'recruitment presentation' as an effective way of raising your profile with students.

You could deliver information about your company and the opportunities it provides, do an industry-based Q+A session, or give students an insight into your own career.

We can advise on the best presentation format, and book a suitable venue and audio-visual equipment. We can also publicise your presentation to our students.

Run a skills workshop

You might want to offer advice and knowledge to students via a workshop. This is also a good opportunity to develop your workshop facilitation skills and increase awareness of your organisation.

Workshops can include a number of topics such as your company, industry, what you look for in a graduate CV, and other application tips. We can advise you about the best subjects for you to present on. You may also want to present solo or be supported by a careers adviser or alongside other employers.
