Academic awards and prizes

At graduation each year there are a number of prizes and awards made to students based on their academic achievements.

Listed below are some of the awards being in 2024. These can change across the academic year so please check with your school to find out more.

University Board of Governors’ Prize

The prizes are awarded to the students from a widening participation background who achieve the top ten highest undergraduate degree awards from across the university.

The prizes are possible thanks to the personal donations made by members of the university’s Board of Governors.

These awards are made to students who have progressed from UBIC into undergraduate or postgraduate study.
