By foot
A shared walking and cycle path connects the campus to the A270 to walk to Moulsecoomb. Varley Park halls of residence is a 25–30 minute walk.
By bus
Brighton & Hove Buses run bus services across the city. The 25 bus runs from the city centre to Falmer and stops directly on campus. Further services, 23,28 and 28, stop on the Lewes Road, a 10–15 minute walk away and, provide direct connections to the city centre. The 5B connects Falmer to Varley Park halls of residence,

By train
Falmer railway station is a short walk from the campus, Moulsecoomb is one stop away and Brighton mainline station three stops away.
There are up to four trains an hour from Moulsecoomb to Falmer (four minutes journey time).

BSMS buildings are situated on both university sites in Falmer and at the Audrey Emerton Centre in central Brighton.
BSMS is based in the Watson Building at the Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯ Falmer campus.
BSMS buildings at the University of Sussex include the BSMS Teaching Building, BSMS Medical Research Building, the Clinical Imaging Sciences Centre and the Trafford Centre.
